Conditions
générales de vente.
1. Champ d'application
Ces conditions s'appliquent à toutes les ventes et prestations de Panzer Bike, Rue des Pâquerettes 42, 2854 Bassecourt (ci-après « Panzer Bike ») : vélos électriques montés sur mesure, kits cadre, pièces, accessoires et travaux d'atelier (montage, entretien, réparation). En acceptant un devis, vous acceptez ces conditions. Un accord écrit différent, par exemple dans le devis, l'emporte sur elles.
2. Informations du site, devis et contrat
Les prix et descriptions publiés sur le site et dans le configurateur sont indicatifs et ne constituent pas une offre ferme. Le configurateur n'enregistre pas de commande : il nous envoie une demande.
Nous vous répondons par un devis écrit (e-mail). Le contrat est conclu quand vous acceptez ce devis par écrit, ou quand vous payez la facture qui l'accompagne. Pour un kit cadre, nous validons d'abord la taille avec vous ; aucun paiement n'est demandé avant.
3. Prix
Les prix sont en francs suisses (CHF), sans TVA : Panzer Bike n'est pas assujetti à la TVA. La livraison en Suisse est offerte, sauf mention contraire dans le devis. Le prix qui s'applique est celui du devis accepté.
Alignement de prix. Pour le kit cadre ROGUE, si vous nous montrez un prix plus bas chez un revendeur suisse officiel, pour le même kit et dans les mêmes conditions, nous nous alignons.
4. Paiement
Le paiement se fait par facture QR (virement bancaire) ou par TWINT, dans le délai indiqué sur la facture. Pour un vélo complet monté sur mesure, un acompte de 40 % est demandé à l'acceptation du devis ; le solde se règle à la remise du vélo, avant qu'il quitte l'atelier ou qu'il soit expédié. Le vélo reste la propriété de Panzer Bike jusqu'au paiement complet.
5. Délais
Les délais sont indicatifs : en général 10 à 15 jours ouvrables pour un vélo complet, selon la disponibilité des pièces. Si un délai dépasse nettement ce qui a été annoncé, nous vous prévenons et vous pouvez choisir d'attendre ou d'annuler sans frais la partie non encore réalisée.
6. Livraison, retrait et réception
Nous livrons en Suisse, par envoi assuré, ou vous retirez votre vélo à l'atelier sur rendez-vous. Une livraison hors de Suisse est possible sur demande, aux conditions du devis. Les risques passent à vous à la remise du vélo à l'atelier, ou à la réception de l'envoi.
Contrôlez l'emballage à la réception. Un colis visiblement endommagé doit être refusé ou signalé au transporteur sur le moment, puis à nous dans les 2 jours ouvrables, avec des photos. Une erreur dans le contenu doit nous être signalée dans le même délai.
7. Annulation et retour
Vélo monté sur mesure. Il est assemblé selon vos choix et ne peut pas être retourné, sauf défaut (article 8). Si vous annulez avant le début du montage, nous remboursons les montants payés, moins le prix des pièces déjà commandées spécialement pour vous qui ne peuvent pas être renvoyées au fournisseur. Nous vous remettons alors ces pièces.
Kit cadre, pièces et accessoires. Vous pouvez les retourner dans les 14 jours après réception, sans donner de raison, s'ils sont neufs, non montés et complets, dans leur emballage d'origine. Prévenez-nous avant l'envoi. Les frais de retour sont à votre charge. Nous remboursons le prix dans les 14 jours après réception et contrôle du retour.
8. Garantie
Nous accordons les garanties suivantes à partir de la date de remise :
- cadre Velduro ROGUE : 5 ans ;
- système DJI Avinox (moteur, batterie, écran, commandes) : 2 ans ;
- autres composants : 2 ans, ou la durée de garantie de leur fabricant si elle est plus longue ;
- Panzer SL et anciens Panzer : 24 mois.
La garantie couvre les défauts de matériau et de fabrication. En cas de défaut, nous réparons ou remplaçons la pièce, à notre choix ; si ce n'est pas possible, nous en discutons avec vous (réduction du prix ou reprise). Ne sont pas couverts : l'usure normale (chaîne, cassette, plateaux, freins, pneus, roulements, joints, câbles, lubrifiants), les dégâts dus à une chute, un accident, une mauvaise utilisation, un défaut d'entretien ou une utilisation en compétition, ainsi que les vélos modifiés ou repeints. Signalez-nous un défaut dès que vous le constatez. Les droits de garantie légaux (articles 197 et suivants du Code des obligations) sont remplacés par la présente garantie, dans la mesure où la loi le permet.
9. Travaux d'atelier
Pour un entretien ou une réparation, nous vous indiquons le prix à l'avance. Si nous découvrons en cours de travail qu'il faut plus que prévu, nous vous demandons votre accord avant de continuer. Les travaux sont garantis 3 mois. Un vélo terminé est à retirer dans les 30 jours après notre avis.
10. Responsabilité
Nous répondons des dommages que nous causons intentionnellement ou par négligence grave. Pour le reste, et dans les limites de la loi, notre responsabilité est limitée au montant de la commande ; les dommages indirects (manque à gagner, frais de déplacement, etc.) sont exclus. Rouler en vélo électrique tout-terrain comporte des risques : équipez-vous et respectez les règles de circulation.
11. Données personnelles
Nous utilisons vos données pour traiter votre demande, votre commande et le suivi de votre vélo. Détails : Protection des données.
12. Droit applicable et for
Ces conditions sont soumises au droit suisse ; la Convention de Vienne sur la vente internationale de marchandises ne s'applique pas. Le for est à Delémont (JU), sous réserve des fors impératifs prévus par la loi, notamment pour les consommateurs. La version française de ces conditions fait foi.

1. Scope
These terms apply to all sales and services of Panzer Bike, Rue des Pâquerettes 42, 2854 Bassecourt ("Panzer Bike"): custom-built e-bikes, frame kits, parts, accessories and workshop services (assembly, servicing, repair). By accepting a quotation, you accept these terms. A different written agreement, for example in the quotation, takes precedence.
2. Website information, quotation and contract
Prices and descriptions on the website and in the configurator are for guidance and do not constitute a binding offer. The configurator does not place an order: it sends us a request.
We reply with a written quotation (email). The contract is concluded when you accept the quotation in writing, or when you pay the invoice that comes with it. For a frame kit, we first confirm the size with you; no payment is requested before that.
3. Prices
Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), without VAT: Panzer Bike is not registered for VAT. Delivery within Switzerland is free unless the quotation states otherwise. The price that applies is the one in the accepted quotation.
Price match. For the ROGUE frame kit, if you show us a lower price from an official Swiss dealer, for the same kit under the same conditions, we match it.
4. Payment
Payment is by QR invoice (bank transfer) or TWINT, within the period stated on the invoice. For a custom-built complete bike, a 40% deposit is due when the quotation is accepted; the balance is paid at handover, before the bike leaves the workshop or is shipped. The bike remains the property of Panzer Bike until paid in full.
5. Lead times
Lead times are indicative: usually 10 to 15 working days for a complete bike, depending on parts availability. If a lead time clearly exceeds what was announced, we let you know and you can choose to wait or to cancel the part not yet carried out free of charge.
6. Delivery, collection and receipt
We deliver within Switzerland by insured shipment, or you collect your bike at the workshop by appointment. Delivery outside Switzerland is possible on request, under the terms of the quotation. Risk passes to you when the bike is handed over at the workshop, or when the shipment is received.
Check the packaging on receipt. A visibly damaged parcel must be refused or reported to the carrier on the spot, then to us within 2 working days, with photos. An error in the contents must be reported to us within the same period.
7. Cancellation and returns
Custom-built bike. It is assembled to your choices and cannot be returned, except for a defect (section 8). If you cancel before assembly starts, we refund the amounts paid, less the price of parts ordered specially for you that cannot be returned to the supplier. We then hand those parts over to you.
Frame kit, parts and accessories. You may return them within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason, if they are new, unassembled, complete and in their original packaging. Let us know before shipping. Return costs are at your expense. We refund the price within 14 days of receiving and checking the return.
8. Warranty
We grant the following warranties from the date of handover:
- Velduro ROGUE frame: 5 years;
- DJI Avinox system (motor, battery, display, remotes): 2 years;
- other components: 2 years, or their manufacturer's warranty period if longer;
- Panzer SL and earlier Panzer bikes: 24 months.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. In case of a defect, we repair or replace the part, at our choice; if that is not possible, we discuss it with you (price reduction or taking the item back). Not covered: normal wear (chain, cassette, chainrings, brakes, tyres, bearings, seals, cables, lubricants), damage caused by a fall, a crash, misuse, lack of maintenance or racing, and bikes that have been modified or repainted. Report a defect to us as soon as you notice it. The statutory warranty rights (articles 197 ff. of the Swiss Code of Obligations) are replaced by this warranty, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Workshop services
For servicing or a repair, we tell you the price in advance. If we find during the work that more is needed, we ask for your approval before continuing. Workshop work is guaranteed for 3 months. A finished bike must be collected within 30 days of our notice.
10. Liability
We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence. Otherwise, and within the limits of the law, our liability is limited to the amount of the order; indirect damage (loss of profit, travel costs, etc.) is excluded. Riding an electric mountain bike involves risks: wear protective gear and follow traffic rules.
11. Personal data
We use your data to process your request, your order and the follow-up of your bike. Details: Privacy.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law; the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods does not apply. The place of jurisdiction is Delémont (JU), subject to mandatory jurisdictions provided by law, in particular for consumers. This is a translation: the French version of these terms prevails.

Geschäftsbedingungen.
1. Geltungsbereich
Diese Bedingungen gelten für alle Verkäufe und Leistungen von Panzer Bike, Rue des Pâquerettes 42, 2854 Bassecourt («Panzer Bike»): nach Mass aufgebaute E-Bikes, Rahmensets, Teile, Zubehör und Werkstattarbeiten (Montage, Unterhalt, Reparatur). Mit der Annahme einer Offerte akzeptieren Sie diese Bedingungen. Eine abweichende schriftliche Vereinbarung, zum Beispiel in der Offerte, geht vor.
2. Angaben auf der Website, Offerte und Vertrag
Preise und Beschreibungen auf der Website und im Konfigurator sind Richtwerte und kein verbindliches Angebot. Der Konfigurator löst keine Bestellung aus: Er sendet uns eine Anfrage.
Wir antworten mit einer schriftlichen Offerte (E-Mail). Der Vertrag kommt zustande, wenn Sie die Offerte schriftlich annehmen oder die zugehörige Rechnung bezahlen. Beim Rahmenset bestätigen wir zuerst die Grösse mit Ihnen; vorher wird keine Zahlung verlangt.
3. Preise
Die Preise verstehen sich in Schweizer Franken (CHF), ohne MWST: Panzer Bike ist nicht mehrwertsteuerpflichtig. Die Lieferung innerhalb der Schweiz ist gratis, sofern die Offerte nichts anderes vorsieht. Es gilt der Preis der angenommenen Offerte.
Preisgarantie. Zeigen Sie uns für das ROGUE Rahmenset einen tieferen Preis eines offiziellen Schweizer Händlers für dasselbe Set zu denselben Bedingungen, passen wir uns an.
4. Zahlung
Bezahlt wird per QR-Rechnung (Banküberweisung) oder TWINT, innert der auf der Rechnung angegebenen Frist. Für ein nach Mass aufgebautes komplettes Bike ist bei Annahme der Offerte eine Anzahlung von 40 % fällig; der Rest wird bei der Übergabe bezahlt, bevor das Bike die Werkstatt verlässt oder verschickt wird. Das Bike bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung Eigentum von Panzer Bike.
5. Fristen
Die Fristen sind Richtwerte: in der Regel 10 bis 15 Arbeitstage für ein komplettes Bike, je nach Verfügbarkeit der Teile. Überschreitet eine Frist deutlich die angekündigte, informieren wir Sie, und Sie können wählen, ob Sie warten oder den noch nicht ausgeführten Teil kostenlos stornieren.
6. Lieferung, Abholung und Empfang
Wir liefern in der Schweiz per versichertem Versand, oder Sie holen Ihr Bike nach Vereinbarung in der Werkstatt ab. Eine Lieferung ins Ausland ist auf Anfrage zu den Bedingungen der Offerte möglich. Die Gefahr geht mit der Übergabe in der Werkstatt oder mit dem Empfang der Sendung auf Sie über.
Prüfen Sie die Verpackung beim Empfang. Ein sichtbar beschädigtes Paket muss sofort verweigert oder dem Transporteur gemeldet werden, danach uns innert 2 Arbeitstagen mit Fotos. Ein Fehler im Inhalt muss uns innert derselben Frist gemeldet werden.
7. Stornierung und Rückgabe
Nach Mass aufgebautes Bike. Es wird nach Ihrer Wahl aufgebaut und kann nicht zurückgegeben werden, ausser bei einem Mangel (Ziffer 8). Stornieren Sie vor Beginn des Aufbaus, erstatten wir die bezahlten Beträge zurück, abzüglich des Preises der eigens für Sie bestellten Teile, die nicht an den Lieferanten zurückgehen können. Diese Teile übergeben wir Ihnen.
Rahmenset, Teile und Zubehör. Sie können sie innert 14 Tagen nach Erhalt ohne Angabe von Gründen zurückgeben, wenn sie neu, nicht montiert, vollständig und in der Originalverpackung sind. Melden Sie sich vor dem Versand bei uns. Die Rücksendekosten tragen Sie. Wir erstatten den Preis innert 14 Tagen nach Erhalt und Prüfung der Rücksendung.
8. Garantie
Ab dem Übergabedatum gewähren wir folgende Garantien:
- Rahmen Velduro ROGUE: 5 Jahre;
- System DJI Avinox (Motor, Akku, Display, Bedienelemente): 2 Jahre;
- übrige Komponenten: 2 Jahre oder die längere Garantiedauer ihres Herstellers;
- Panzer SL und frühere Panzer-Bikes: 24 Monate.
Die Garantie deckt Material- und Herstellungsfehler. Bei einem Mangel reparieren oder ersetzen wir das Teil nach unserer Wahl; ist das nicht möglich, besprechen wir mit Ihnen eine Preisminderung oder Rücknahme. Nicht gedeckt sind: normaler Verschleiss (Kette, Kassette, Kettenblätter, Bremsen, Reifen, Lager, Dichtungen, Züge, Schmiermittel), Schäden durch Sturz, Unfall, falsche Benutzung, mangelnden Unterhalt oder Renneinsatz sowie veränderte oder neu lackierte Bikes. Melden Sie uns einen Mangel, sobald Sie ihn feststellen. Die gesetzliche Gewährleistung (Art. 197 ff. OR) wird durch diese Garantie ersetzt, soweit das Gesetz es zulässt.
9. Werkstattarbeiten
Für Unterhalt oder Reparatur nennen wir Ihnen den Preis im Voraus. Stellen wir während der Arbeit fest, dass mehr nötig ist, holen wir Ihr Einverständnis ein, bevor wir weitermachen. Auf Werkstattarbeiten gewähren wir 3 Monate Garantie. Ein fertiges Bike ist innert 30 Tagen nach unserer Mitteilung abzuholen.
10. Haftung
Wir haften für Schäden, die wir vorsätzlich oder grobfahrlässig verursachen. Im Übrigen ist unsere Haftung, soweit gesetzlich zulässig, auf den Bestellbetrag begrenzt; indirekte Schäden (entgangener Gewinn, Reisekosten usw.) sind ausgeschlossen. E-Mountainbiken birgt Risiken: Tragen Sie Schutzausrüstung und halten Sie die Verkehrsregeln ein.
11. Personendaten
Wir nutzen Ihre Daten zur Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage, Ihrer Bestellung und zur Betreuung Ihres Bikes. Einzelheiten: Datenschutz.
12. Anwendbares Recht und Gerichtsstand
Diese Bedingungen unterstehen Schweizer Recht; das Wiener Kaufrecht (CISG) ist ausgeschlossen. Gerichtsstand ist Delémont (JU), unter Vorbehalt zwingender gesetzlicher Gerichtsstände, insbesondere für Konsumentinnen und Konsumenten. Dies ist eine Übersetzung: Massgebend ist die französische Fassung dieser Bedingungen.

Queste condizioni valgono per tutte le vendite e prestazioni di Panzer Bike, Rue des Pâquerettes 42, 2854 Bassecourt («Panzer Bike»): e-bike montate su misura, kit telaio, componenti, accessori e lavori d'officina (montaggio, manutenzione, riparazione). Accettando un preventivo, accetti queste condizioni. Un accordo scritto diverso, per esempio nel preventivo, prevale.
2. Informazioni del sito, preventivo e contratto
Prezzi e descrizioni pubblicati sul sito e nel configuratore sono indicativi e non costituiscono un'offerta vincolante. Il configuratore non registra un ordine: ci invia una richiesta.
Ti rispondiamo con un preventivo scritto (e-mail). Il contratto è concluso quando accetti il preventivo per iscritto, o quando paghi la fattura che lo accompagna. Per un kit telaio confermiamo prima la taglia con te; prima non chiediamo nessun pagamento.
3. Prezzi
I prezzi sono in franchi svizzeri (CHF), senza IVA: Panzer Bike non è assoggettata all'IVA. La consegna in Svizzera è gratuita, salvo indicazione contraria nel preventivo. Vale il prezzo del preventivo accettato.
Allineamento del prezzo. Per il kit telaio ROGUE, se ci mostri un prezzo più basso presso un rivenditore svizzero ufficiale, per lo stesso kit e alle stesse condizioni, ci allineiamo.
4. Pagamento
Il pagamento avviene con fattura QR (bonifico bancario) o TWINT, entro il termine indicato in fattura. Per una bici completa montata su misura è richiesto un acconto del 40 % all'accettazione del preventivo; il saldo si paga alla consegna, prima che la bici lasci l'officina o venga spedita. La bici resta di proprietà di Panzer Bike fino al pagamento completo.
5. Tempi
I tempi sono indicativi: di solito da 10 a 15 giorni lavorativi per una bici completa, secondo la disponibilità dei componenti. Se un termine supera nettamente quanto annunciato, ti avvisiamo e puoi scegliere se aspettare o annullare gratuitamente la parte non ancora eseguita.
6. Consegna, ritiro e ricevimento
Consegniamo in Svizzera con spedizione assicurata, oppure ritiri la bici in officina su appuntamento. Una consegna fuori dalla Svizzera è possibile su richiesta, alle condizioni del preventivo. I rischi passano a te alla consegna della bici in officina o al ricevimento della spedizione.
Controlla l'imballaggio al ricevimento. Un pacco visibilmente danneggiato va rifiutato o segnalato subito al trasportatore, poi a noi entro 2 giorni lavorativi, con foto. Un errore nel contenuto va segnalato entro lo stesso termine.
7. Annullamento e restituzione
Bici montata su misura. È assemblata secondo le tue scelte e non può essere restituita, salvo difetto (punto 8). Se annulli prima dell'inizio del montaggio, rimborsiamo gli importi pagati, dedotto il prezzo dei componenti ordinati apposta per te che non possono tornare al fornitore. Questi componenti te li consegniamo.
Kit telaio, componenti e accessori. Puoi restituirli entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento, senza indicarne il motivo, se sono nuovi, non montati, completi e nella confezione originale. Avvisaci prima della spedizione. Le spese di rispedizione sono a tuo carico. Rimborsiamo il prezzo entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento e controllo del reso.
8. Garanzia
Dalla data di consegna concediamo le seguenti garanzie:
- telaio Velduro ROGUE: 5 anni;
- sistema DJI Avinox (motore, batteria, display, comandi): 2 anni;
- altri componenti: 2 anni, o la durata di garanzia del loro produttore se più lunga;
- Panzer SL e Panzer precedenti: 24 mesi.
La garanzia copre i difetti di materiale e di fabbricazione. In caso di difetto ripariamo o sostituiamo il pezzo, a nostra scelta; se non è possibile, ne parliamo con te (riduzione del prezzo o ripresa). Non sono coperti: la normale usura (catena, cassetta, corone, freni, pneumatici, cuscinetti, guarnizioni, cavi, lubrificanti), i danni dovuti a caduta, incidente, uso scorretto, mancata manutenzione o uso in gara, nonché le bici modificate o riverniciate. Segnalaci un difetto appena lo constati. I diritti di garanzia legali (articoli 197 segg. del Codice delle obbligazioni) sono sostituiti dalla presente garanzia, nella misura consentita dalla legge.
9. Lavori d'officina
Per una manutenzione o una riparazione ti indichiamo il prezzo in anticipo. Se durante il lavoro scopriamo che serve di più, ti chiediamo il consenso prima di continuare. I lavori sono garantiti 3 mesi. Una bici pronta va ritirata entro 30 giorni dal nostro avviso.
10. Responsabilità
Rispondiamo dei danni causati intenzionalmente o per negligenza grave. Per il resto, e nei limiti della legge, la nostra responsabilità è limitata all'importo dell'ordine; i danni indiretti (mancato guadagno, spese di viaggio, ecc.) sono esclusi. Andare in e-MTB comporta dei rischi: usa le protezioni e rispetta le norme della circolazione.
11. Dati personali
Usiamo i tuoi dati per trattare la tua richiesta, il tuo ordine e il seguito della tua bici. Dettagli: Protezione dei dati.
12. Diritto applicabile e foro
Queste condizioni sono soggette al diritto svizzero; la Convenzione di Vienna sulla vendita internazionale di merci non si applica. Il foro è a Delémont (JU), con riserva dei fori imperativi previsti dalla legge, in particolare per i consumatori. Questa è una traduzione: fa fede la versione francese di queste condizioni.
