Protection

Legal
Privacy
policy.
What we know about you when you visit this site or write to us, why, and how to have it deleted. In plain words.
Who is responsible
Panzer Bike, Rue des Pâquerettes 42, 2854 Bassecourt, Switzerland — info@panzer-bike.com. This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, in force since 1 September 2023).
When you write to us
Contact form, configurator quote request, email, phone or WhatsApp: we receive what you give us, usually your name, email, phone number, message and chosen configuration. We use it to reply, prepare the quotation and invoice, and build and service your bike.
- Form messages and quote requests are sent to our mailbox and stored in a list on our hosting, at Infomaniak, in Switzerland.
- If you write to us on WhatsApp, the message goes through WhatsApp (Meta). Its own rules apply.
- We do not sell or rent your data. We only pass it on when your order requires it, for example to the carrier for delivery.
- We keep exchanges linked to a purchase as long as the law requires (accounting records: 10 years). A request that leads to no purchase is deleted after one year at most.
