No showroom, a workshop: we take time for every visit. Come and test a ROGUE, set up yours, or simply talk it through.

04 Before you write
What we're often asked.
How long for a complete bike?
10 to 15 working days from order to delivery, depending on parts availability.
Do you service bikes you didn't build?
Yes for anything to do with the ROGUE and the DJI Avinox system. For another e-bike, write to us with the model: we'll tell you right away whether we can.
I already have parts. Will you fit them?
Yes: frame kit alone, or a workshop build reusing your components. We check compatibility with you before ordering.
How does ordering work?
No offer goes out automatically. You write to us or send your configuration, we reply within 24 h with a precise quote, then a QR invoice. The balance is paid when the bike is handed over.
Is the ROGUE road-legal in Switzerland?
Yes, in the 25 km/h version: assistance cuts at 25 km/h, slow e-bike category, no plate or specific insurance.
